By downloading, installing, or using Opus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
Opus accesses album artwork and listening data via Apple MusicKit in compliance with Apple’s developer guidelines. Some artwork may be temporarily cached on your device to improve load times. We do not host, alter, or distribute Apple Music content externally.
Opus enables users to generate wallpapers that incorporate album artwork in visual formats such as grids or vinyl overlays. These wallpapers are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You are solely responsible for complying with any applicable copyright laws related to the use of these images.
Some features require a one-time purchase or active subscription to Opus Pro. All transactions are processed through Apple’s App Store, and any refunds or billing inquiries must be directed to Apple.
Opus does not require or maintain user accounts. No personal information such as names or emails is stored by the app.
Opus is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous access, updates, or compatibility with all devices or operating systems.
In no event shall the developer of Opus be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the app.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app following any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
